Service acceptance
All bookings are subject to carrier availability, accurate customer declarations, packaging suitability, destination restrictions and payment confirmation.
Customer responsibility
The shipper must provide complete names, addresses, phone numbers, contents, values, weights and documents. The customer is responsible for prohibited, undeclared or incorrectly described goods.
Rates and delivery times
Quotations may change after physical weight, volumetric weight, customs duties, remote-area charges or carrier corrections are confirmed. Transit times are estimates unless a written guarantee is provided.
Third-party carriers
VML coordinates shipments through selected courier, airline, shipping-line and road partners. Applicable carrier terms also govern handling and liability.
