Questions
How long does an international courier take?
Most express shipments to the UK, USA, UAE and Saudi Arabia are delivered within two to six working days. Remote areas and customs inspections can add time.
How is the courier rate calculated?
Rates depend on destination and the chargeable weight, which is the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length x width x height in cm / 5000).
Who pays customs duty at the destination?
By default the receiver pays any import duty and tax. Ask us about duty-paid options if you want the receiver to pay nothing.
