Where is my number?Your VML AWB is printed at the top of your booking challan. The carrier number is added once the parcel is handed over.
No update for a while?International parcels are scanned at hubs. A day or two without an update while in transit is normal.
Held by customs?Customs may need an invoice, ID or duty payment. Contact us and we will guide the receiver.
Delivery attempted?Ask the receiver to keep their phone on. The courier will call before the next attempt.
