Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your VML Express customer account and personal data at any time.
What happens
- Your login, profile, saved addresses, CNIC images, points and notifications are deleted.
- Booking and invoice records are kept in anonymized form for up to 5 years only where tax and customs law require it.
- The deletion is completed within 7 days.
